Provide a job name and click on the Next. (You can use only underscores, lowercase, numbers, and hyphens.)
Select Upload your data option and click on Next
From the Import data page, click on the Show network upload SAS URL
Copy the displayed SAS URL and click on the Download Azure AzCopy and install the tool
Go to the AzCopy.exe tool directory
Run the following command.
AzCopy.exe /Source:<Location of PST files> /Dest:<SAS URL> /V:<Log file location> /Y
Create a CSV file to map the PST file.
Go to Import data page, select both checkboxes and click on the Next button
From the Select mapping window, click on the +Select mapping file option and upload CSV file
Finally, Click on Validate. After that, the PST file will be uploaded into Office 365.
Click on the Save and Close

Method 2: Convert OST to Office 365 using OST to Office 365 migration tool

To perform this method, download and install the Office 365 migration tool.

Open the Office 365 migration tool
Click on the Browse option and select OST file
After that click on Scan and OK to load the data file
Select Export and select the All folders
Choose Office 365 as the Export option and select Export to Primary Mailbox
